I'm a book fiend.
I love books. They're my friends -- my companions -- my boredom buddies -- my secret crushes -- my dreams. I have so very very many of them.

Well, for this move, I've decided that it's time to trim down the book list. It's time to trim the collection down. So over the past two days I've been going through my collection. This is no easy task. Sometimes I look at a book and go -- that was a good book! I should keep it. But then I have to rethink and go, "Will I ever read it again?" So I have about 250 books to take to a used book store and hope they'll buy. It's be nice to make *some* money off of them.

So that has been my latest project -- to go through books. Meanwhile I got boxes from Dawn and Tamal so I can start boxing up the other books. I'd love to finish going through my office as well today but I can tell that my strength of will is starting to wain which means I'll probably find other ways of distracting myself. Like by blogging! *ahem*

I sent an email to my landlord yesterday and followed that up with a letter that was mailed out for my 30 day notice. Each of these steps makes things a little more "real" -- it's kinda scary really!

Another couple trips of old boxes from old computer hardware.

Of course the office is now much dirtier looking. But I did empty out five milk crates and packed them with overflow music and almost all my CDs. It's quite exciting really...

So 3 hours of cleaning later and my office is dirtier looking -- but I got rid of so much stuff!!!

I came across an old notebook from my first year of english in college. The papers were hilarious! I was cracking up at it. My teacher must have loved reading 'em...

But anywase, one minor step out of the way.
