We're almost there...soon my plan will be complete...
MEXICO CITY, Mexico (AP) -- Borrowing from technology for tracking pets, a U.S. company on Thursday launched Mexican sales of microchips that can be implanted under a person's skin and used to confirm health history and identity.
Our friends Ben and Jamie have delivered their third baby. Linea. Named after the flower.
We are so happy for them. God has blessed them with 3 beautiful little ones. Its amazing. Ben was saying that with Linea, when she cries, she looks just like her older sister Abigail. He said the first few times he busted up laughing...
This is exciting. Pictures here.
I got this in my inbox this morning...thought it was funny:

I spent the last week sick, had a birthday party with family, started readin HArry Potter: THe Order of Phoenix. So far its much better than any of the previous books, so thats good.
Still having a hard time at work. Tired...dont know what to do with myself...etc.
So, we were given 4 tickets to last night's A's game. We took Laura and Rich. Great folks...great times...interesting night...
As we got to Oakland and were about to pull off the freeway, I noticed the truck slugging, and not responding to my hitting the gas. I look down and see that the temp guage is pegged WAAAY past the redline. Not good. We get in and park. Open up the hood to a facefull of steam and burning coolant. A busted radiator hose! YAAAAY!!! I'm GONNA BE SICK!
So, we go into the game, resolving that we can't really do anything until the engine cools down. Of course I'm frustrated and snapping at everyone. So, I take a break to go cool off and have a smoke. WHile I'm there I start calling around Oakland to figure out how to get home later in the evening. 20+ phone calls and 3 cigs later, I have a plan. I will leave the game, hop in a cab, go to the autoparts store, come back and fix the thing by the time the game lets out and can have a smooth ride home. Sounds good.
I let Dani know what's up, a quick hug and a kis and I'm off. I wait 2 innings for the cab. When he gets me, I give him the address of Kragen Auto Parts and tell him I'm in a hurry. He takes off like a bat out of hell. Going like 40mph in the Colliseum Parking lot.
Kragen didn't have the righ hose, even though the guy on the phone told me they did. They have the one for the engine one step smaller than mine. It looks like it'll reach. GIMME! I bought 2 jugs of coolant, and 6 bottles of water. Got back to the colliseum and set to work.
The changing of the hose went ok. I will need to go buy the appropriate one soon though. Ah well. So, I start up the truck, got ready to leave and noticed that the guage was still going up. Thats not good. Is there a bigger issue???
I noticed that when I released the pressure valve the temp went down, but if I closed it the temp went up. Interesting. Maybe if I fill it ALL the way with water/coolant it will work right.
I noticed a Gas station when I was driving with the cabbie, and made a beeline for it. God blessed us with green lights. That was nice. Pulled in, popped the hood, and noticed something odd. The hose I had put on was collapsed completely. The radiator was creating a vacuum and trying to suck fluid from the motor, but no fluid was coming.
Turned off the truck, *POOF*, the hose inflates. Interesting. Fill it all the way up, start the truck and all looks well.
We jump back in and have an uneventful (thank God) ride home. Quick stop at Denny's, and good company made the whole ordeal kind of fun actually.
Ah well.
The funniest thing was, I had said on the way down there that I was actually looking forward to working on this engine. And that I was hoping something would break soon. I really ought to watch what I say...I think...
